Microsoft Exchange breaks on new year (and so do Honda cars)

Microsoft Exchange is broken!
Apparently Microsoft Exchange uses a 6 digit date + 4 digits time or serial number format for updates, and no one checked whether the update 2201010001 could be parsed as a 32-bit signed integer (it can’t).
People are getting these errors: Can’t Convert “2201010001” to Long
Addendum
Apparently Honda cars are also suffering from a 2022 bug.
Root cause is not discussed, but likely related to GPS week rollover.
